Your Future Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic Proposals Manager to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Customer Excellence in our Commercial Sales and Business Development function, you’ll be the driving force behind crafting high-impact, client-winning bid submissions across the ANZ region. Your goal? Deliver sharp, strategically aligned proposals that showcase our value and seal the deal, while ensuring our bids library stays streamlined and our processes remain innovative.

You Will:

Shape bold, strategic messaging that weaves our vision into every bid, making us the standout choice in competitive markets.
Coordinate the full bid lifecycle—from kick-off meetings and storyboarding to reviews—delivering polished, compliant proposals that hit deadlines.
Rally cross-functional teams to create compelling content that nails client needs and aligns with our high standards.
Build and maintain a robust bids library, packed with reusable content and templates to keep us fast, consistent, and ready to dominate.
Coach contributors on crafting persuasive bids and influence senior stakeholders to align on winning strategies.
Drive smarter bidding through feedback, win/loss analysis, and lessons learned, fuelling transformation for sharper, more collaborative processes.
Ensure every submission is audit-ready, meeting client expectations and our governance standards.
Partner with sales, bid and transformation teams to boost bid quality, responsiveness, and commercial wins.

All About You:

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in bid management, proposal writing, or commercial operations, with a proven track record of landing complex bids in high-pressure settings.
Deep expertise in public and private sector procurement processes and navigating requirements.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to rally teams and pitch clear, compelling strategies to senior leaders.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, crafting data-driven, client-focused content that lands.
Excellent organisational skills, thriving in fast-paced environments and smashing tight deadlines.
You’re a strategic visionary with a passion for winning, balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous execution.
Skilled at collaborating across teams and coaching others to elevate their craft.
