The role conduct routine inspections. Conduct Ingoing and Outgoing inspections. Arrange all necessary repairs and maintenance. Conduct professional landlord and tenant communication. Conduct professional open home inspections. Be competent with Rockend software and social media management. Generous salary and incentives available to the successful candidate. Full time or part time opportunity.

To be successful in this role you must have minimum 2 years experience as an assistant property manager. Certificate of Registration or Licence. Exemplary ethics and a hard working, responsible attitude. Passionate about real estate.
