The role:

We have a vacancy for Property Manager to join our national team in delivering Real Estate Management services for one of our largest and well-esteemed clients with a national property portfolio. You will have an assigned portfolio across varied asset classes.

You will be based in JLL’s corporate office in Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney CBD.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity leave cover until 30th June 2026, with the possibility of an extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Snapshot of the roles:

Oversee property onboarding/offboarding and inspections
Manage finances, budgets, and compliance
Maintain asset management and critical dates
Develop Property Management Plans
Handle stakeholder relationships, escalations, and reporting
Provide expert property management advice

Requirements:

You must be an Australian Citizen with ability to gain and retain AGSVA Clearance
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property, Business or equivalent will be an added advantage
3+ years of experience in property transactions
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Detail-oriented with multi-tasking capability
Proficiency with financial analysis tools
Knowledge of HS&E requirements and general facility management principles.
