Property Manager Woodards Real Estate location Melbourne. Salary $60,000 - $69,999.

The Directors of Woodards Inner North are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and motivated people to join our friendly Property Management Team. You will be working with a vibrant and innovative team with a strong focus on customer service, training and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include end to end property management. Liaising with tenants and landlords. Attending to repairs and maintenance. Rental arrears management, Leasing, Inspection. Ability to list properties to grow your portfolio. Preparing for and attending to VCAT as required.

The following attributes will also be highly desired 2+ years Property Management experience preferred. Experience with RP Office & Inspection Express. Outstanding customer service and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
