Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
Liaise with renters, contractors, and property owners to resolve issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
Handle administrative tasks including lease renewals, rental increases, compliance tracking, and routine inspections.
Maintain accurate property records and tenant information using cloud-based property management software.
Respond to routine inquiries from renters, owners, and service providers in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management.
Experience with Console Cloud is favourable; however, on-the-job training is available.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Committed to ongoing professional development and able to perform well under pressure.
Professional and customer-focused, consistently maintaining a reputable image through both appearance and attitude.
