We are seeking a highly meticulous and exceptionally talented Property Manager to join our team of high achieving and hard-working agents. About the role your responsibilities will include manage an existing portfolio with admin support, develop relationships with landlords and tenants, conduct ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections, manage arrears, organise repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople, oversee rent reviews and lease renewals, prepare for and attend tribunal hearings as required, preparation and lodgement of insurance claims, must have a strong knowledge of the nsw real estate legislation.
