Essential criteria have your Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining your license. A drivers license and reliable car. Be a clear and confident communicator. 3 + years experience preferred. Proven ability to handle a portfolio of properties and work within a team.

A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus. Up to date knowledge of Legislation. Organisation, Time Management and Administration skills. Be proficient in the use of PropertyTree & Agent Box. Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry.

Daily tasks will include liaise with tenants and landlords. Assist with maintenance, liaising with trades etc. Conduct ingoing and outgoing routine inspections (as required). Periodic / Annual Inspections. Rental arrears management. Marketing / showing properties. Bonds, vacates, conflict resolution etc as required. Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend NCAT hearings when required. Running End of Month and Midmonth and advantage but not essential.
