Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to Full time, Portfolio based, Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords, Conduct ingoings, routines and outgoing inspections, Create new tenancy agreements and lease renewals, Rent increases, Bank Reconciliation, Rental review management, Arrears management, Management of maintenance and repairs, End of month / Mid-month processing, Attending tribunal hearings, Data entry into Property Me.

About you Min of 12months experience in Property Management in Real Estate. A current Certificate of Registration. Own car and Driver’s license – work car provided during work hours. Proactive approach. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Well-presented appearance. High attention to detail and accuracy. Desire to develop strong client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
