About the client our client provides an amazing property management experience and does things very differently and we mean different. They are an energetic office focused on maximising their clients' investment properties. You will work alongside some of the very best people in one of Australia's number 1 Franchise Networks.  They have previously won a number of local, state and national business and Property Management awards.

They are a fully systemised department using checklists and standard email templates allowing for you to fulfil the role efficiently and easily.  They use all the latest technology to underpin everything they do in their Property Management business.

The role you will be managing a diverse and fully maintained portfolio alongside a Senior Property Manager.  You will also be supported by a Property Management Team Leader and assisted by a Leasing Consultant and Admin Support. The Principal wants to see the best for his team and is committed to nurturing and developing them so that they can reach their potential.

Your responsibilities will include organising repairs and maintenance. Managing Rental arrears and lease Renewals and Review of Tenancies. Assist with the overflow of Ingoing Inspections using the Inspection Software with iPad/iPhone. Liaising with existing landlord and tenants and provide exceptional customer service experience.

Undertake the Routine Inspections of properties under management. Have a good understanding of the legislation and assist the team with overflow tasks as directed by the Property Management Team Leader. Maintain KPI program already in place for the PM Team.

Skills and experience current Certificate of Registration and or Class 2 License. You own a car and have a current drivers license. Well spoken and motivated. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. An ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Knowledge of the Property Me computer software is advantageous.
