About the role our Property Management Teams are growing and are looking for an experienced Property manager on a full-time basis to add further value to the team. You will assist with providing the business with accurate and timely information, which supports the strategic and operational planning process.

The successful candidate will have over three years of experience in a similar role, with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment. Someone with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

You new roles conduct Weekly/monthly sales report data with analysis. Organization skills with strong verbal and written communication. Solve Customer needs include communication with customers on the platform and emergency matters that need to be resolved by offline customers.

Order essentials for each room in a timely manner. Do a good job in customer maintenance. Proficient in using third-party platform booking software and management software. Ability to multitask, reliable, punctual with a can do positive attitude that consistently delivers exceptional guest experience.

Fluent in English and mandarin. Full driver license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build good working relationships. Sound understanding of the maintenance requirements associated with residential properties. Experience in managing a residential portfolio unaided.

Be efficient and accurate in keeping records. Manage a growing portfolio of properties including Data record and assist BDM to follow up. Good communication with Guests and Customers. Conduct online set up for new customers Entry. Procurement Process.
