Property Management Associate Private Advertiser location Sydney. Salary $55,000 - $59,999.

With a continuously ever growing property management portfolio, our Company has the capacity for a pro-active and enthusiastic property officer to join and grow with us.

The role this role allows you to grow and develop your current skill set whilst working closely with small, efficient and dynamic team that is determined to provide excellent property management services to its clients.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities (not limited to) include full-time, 5 days per week. Conducting open for inspections for rental properties. Assisting with general rental enquiries. Conducting ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections/condition reports to properties. Processing tenancy applications. Maintaining a high level of customer service and building solid long-term relationships with owners and tenants. Responding to tenant enquiries and communicating status updates. Operational management of all maintenance requests.

To be successful, you should be able to demonstrate the following key skills Customer Service Focus. Friendly and energetic enthusiasm for the role. Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills. Ability to multi-task. A pro-active approach to work. Proficient computer skills (Office suite of products). Ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently and effectively. Desire to learn, grow and develop. Current certificate of registration. Driver’s license. Preferably past experience in a real estate agency, however not entirely necessary.
