Property Executive, Mon-Fri:8am-6pm, Sat:9-1pm ( Alternate), Salary Range $2,500 - $2,700, location Novena.

Job description to prepare, manage and maintain all properties in portfolio to tenantable condition. To conduct joint inspection and support Sales Team for handover and takeover of premises. To attend and resolve works on property maintenance, common area management and government complainces etc timely. To expand and manage Contractors database. To ensure proper documentations of all works requisitions. To prepare quotations and process invoices To carry out any other tasks assigned.

Job requirements preferably 2 years working experience in Real Estate. Good in MS Office Skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, administrative, communication and language skills. Responsive, Responsible, Outgoing, Neat, Tidy & Fast Leaner. Can work Independently and can support Team members. Degree/Diploma in any Business Field. Singaporean Only.
