Property Development Associate. $96,794 - $108,318 (subject to skills and experience) plus 9.5% Super. Full time (38 hours a week). St Kilda location - walking distance to public transport, parking, shops, parks and beach.

About the organization the City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open spaces, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more.

About the role deliver major improvement to Council’s property portfolio. Use your specialist knowledge and problem solving skills to deal with unique property challenges on projects and transactions that are varied, complex and make an important community impact.

Duties front end development feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, concept development, and planning approvals. Negotiating leases, purchases, sales and options.

Skills and experience organised, with a focus on deliverables, Commercially astute. Experienced in property transactions, corporate real estate, property development/ investment management, Emotionally intelligent. Able to work independently, and within a team environment. Degree educated – in the built environment, a business discipline or law.
