Your new role

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Property Manager.
Maintain organised property files, lease documents, and tenant records.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and reports.
Handle tenant enquiries across phone, email, and in‑person channels.
Assist with lease administration, renewals, amendments, and tracking key dates.
Support onboarding of new properties and maintain accurate tenant contact details.
Coordinate urgent inspections when required.
Monitor rental arrears, process vendor invoices, and assist with financial reconciliations.
Manage service requests, work orders, contractor documentation, and maintenance scheduling.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Assist with property performance reporting and regulatory documentation.
Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
Support general ad hoc tasks as needed.

Your administrative experience within similar industries will be highly beneficial, as well as:
