The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) is the leading organisation representing Pathologists and Senior Scientists in Australasia.

The International Collaboration on Cancer Reporting (ICCR) was founded by major pathology organisations from around the world to produce internationally standardised and evidence based datasets for the pathology reporting of cancer.

Our goal is to improve cancer patient outcomes worldwide and to advance international benchmarking in cancer management.  The RCPA oversees administrative support.

Role overview this Support Project Officer ICCR  role is part-time (approximately 18.75 hours per week), work from home position and can be based anywhere in Australia. Your role is to support to the Project Manager and other ICCR Managers.

To be successful in the role, you will need to have strong administrative/organisational skills, excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise effectively as well as work with a team. Principle Duties & responsibilities organise international teleconferences, webmeetings and face to face meetings.

Maintain a company calendar and stakeholder database. Provide secretarial support for meetings including drafting meeting notes. Edit and format documents. Update the ICCR website as required. Manage ICCR membership – maintain a membership database and undertake annual invoicing etc. Other Duties as directed by the ICCR Managers.

Key requirements MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint, TimeandDate.com, Doodle scheduling, WordPress, Online meeting applications eg Teams, Zoom, EndNote, *Assistance/training can be provided for these areas.
