About the role the Project Support Officer (Skills Exchange - SX) is responsible for providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to Project Managers, Training Managers and Education Lead for SX Infrastructure Projects to facilitate communication and timely processing of course schedules, participant bookings, correspondence, appointments, and other related activities to assist in meeting educational and administrative business goals of the SX team’s client projects.

About you to be successful in this role you will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with numerous tasks at once.  You’ll have experience in coordinating meetings and functions including booking locations and catering, organising equipment coordinating speakers in order to ensure all project activities proceed smoothly. Prepare minutes, scribe, and consolidate issues discussed at project meetings to ensure all stakeholder contributions are captured.

You’ll provide high level and confidential administrative support to the Project Team managers to facilitate effective and efficient workflow for training activities and coordinate and maintain all records to ensure safe storage of and timely access to documents and information.
