Description
Project Sales Executive Addval Developments location ACT. Handle sales for the company's property developments. Follow up phone, email and web leads in a timely manner. Manage the day to day operations of the on-site display suites at the company's property developments. Manage the sales process from initial deposit, through to exchange and then settlement. Update the customer CRM regularly. Perform frequent follow up calls and emails to prospective purchasers. Provide thorough sales reporting and analytics to the company. Liaise with the company's in-house marketing team regarding marketing campaigns and strategies. Assist with the coordination of sales events and functions.
