This role is all about being able to lead, manage, and organise effectively to take a diverse range of projects from start to finish. Many projects will need to be approached from a technical angle but will require the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Role Responsibilities
Manage projects within the defined scope of agreed business cases.
Create and execute project plans. Revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements.
Implement change control measures in line with relevant standards.
Handle the identification, resolution, and escalation of project risks and issues.
Facilitate resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.
Identify and assign individual responsibilities and resources required to complete projects.
Ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets.
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and adjust schedules as needed.
Lead project meetings, activities, tasks, and oversee technical project team members.
Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent client service skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take responsibility for issues that arise.
Experience with ISMS, Halo PSA
PMP, PMI, Prince2, Agile certifications
Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
Customer service experience
Experience in the MSP industry or comparable industries.
Required
5 years relevant experience
Hold a valid, Australia Drivers Licence
Have or be willing to undertake an Australian Police Check
