Job Summary:

Join us as a Project Manager and help shape the future of HUB24 Group.

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of strategic program of work decomissing a lecacy product.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams spanning product development, technology, legal, operations, marketing, finance, and—where relevant—clients, such as licensees and third-party providers.
Responsibilities:

Scope Management: Document project scope (In/Out) and deliverables ensuring alignment to project goals and objectives
Roles & Responsibilities: Define and implement an appropriate project governance framework, outlining the various roles and responsibilities of individuals involved in the project
Schedule Management: Create the baseline schedule, identify critical path and key milestones, and manage delivery to this plan
Dependency Management: Identify, maintain and manage up and down stream dependencies of the project
Resource Management: Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation
Financial Management: Sets and monitors project budget
Issue & Risk Management: Ensure appropriate identification, mitigation and timely reporting/escalation of project issues and risks is in place
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
Project Closure: Complete project closure report to ensure smooth transition to relevant stakeholders and assist post implementation review (PIR) to capture lessons learned
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related area of study
PMI/PMP certification or similar from an accredited organisation
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in wealth management industry, preferably with wrap platform experience
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, delivering projects on time, cost, and quality metrics
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office suite (Inc Microsoft Project)
Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Ability to positively influence the thinking and decision making of business leaders and stakeholders through persuasive presentation of critical argument
Experience setting up a PMO or uplifting strategy execution
