About the role
The role of Sales Support Staff is to support the Onsite management to achieve the company vision and successfully implement our strategy to be the trade’s most valuable partner. Here you’ll have a future you can feel good about.
What can you expect?
Answering of telephone enquiries from commercial customers
Process customers requests for delivery / release of orders for next day dispatch
Deliver prompt responses to customer enquiries on stock availability and technical information
Liaising with suppliers for pricing and product availability
Logging of After Sales requests and associated follow-up
Ensure stock levels are maintained in line with Onsite stock management system and procedures
Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
Processing and exporting mining orders
Project Managing
Project Estimating
Skills and Experience
People skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
Strong interpersonal skills - to establish a productive working relationship with all staff and customers
Willingness to 'have a go'
Great personal and workplace presentation
Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel
