The organisation has commenced a multi-year program of work to modernise our network to enable a strategic change agenda. Over the next few years, the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMT) will undertake an ambitious transformation program which will transition to a new IP network with new terrestrial, microwave, and satellite components, and move to a managed service provider / vendor operated model.

As an ENMP Project Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable to support the activities required to effect successful administration, reporting, governance, and team cohesion at the program level. Alignment with industry best practice methodologies and compliance with relevant frameworks.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities for this role:

Provide guidance and advice to Technology projects & changes on operational and transition requirements for acceptance into BAU to ensure compliance with company policies, processes and procedures.
Provide day to day support and coordination across projects under the ENMP Program,
Develop and communicate weekly updates to Projects and the internal Transition Team.
Management of ASID Management Database and maintain accurate records and hygiene.
Communication with all stakeholders
Management of deliverables under the associated frameworks with internal ENMP stakeholders.
Relationship management with stakeholders external to the ENMP Program.
Management of conflicting priorities under pressured timeframes.
Administrative duties associated with document controls.
Assurance duties associated with compliance across evidence supplied in line with Frameworks across projects within the ENMP Program.
Undertaking other duties assigned by that contributes to the high-performance function of the Program.
Maintaining project management controls (e.g. risks and issues)
Maintain an effective working relationship with other staff to ensure that there is effective coordination of all activities in support of organisational objectives.
Apply contemporary project management and organisational change practices when dealing with stakeholders, such as.
Monitoring and coordination of technical resources to achieve project outcomes.
Communicating any project risks, issues, and dependencies in an effective and collaborative manner
Maintaining relationships with key technical and business stakeholders
Compliance, Systems and Reporting:

Align project delivery and reporting activities to industry best practice and processes.
Monitoring and report on progress of projects,
Supporting the development of artefacts to define the outcomes and resources required to support the delivery of these outcomes,
Supporting the Master Scheduler to maintain the project schedule,
Support the Project to achieve compliance across Frameworks within the organisation.
Key Experience, skills & qualifications:

Must be Australian Citizen
Must be able to achieve and maintain an Australian Government National Security Clearance as the required level.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Portfolio or Program Management Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business professionals, internal and external stakeholders and to escalate issues appropriately.
Demonstrable experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organizational and facilitation skills
High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
Certification in PRINCE2 at a foundation level (or an ability to demonstrate a deep level of understanding in P3M methodologies)
Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrable experience regarding analytical thinking and problem solving.
Understanding of Government processes and procedures.
