This is an excellent opportunity for a strong project coordinator to work for a market leader and develop professionally in their career.

Key responsibilities preparing project documentation, Preparing project reports, Amending variances, Liaising with project managers & clients, Scheduling jobs, Invoicing and billing, Utilising internal software, Ad hoc administrative duties.

Skills & experience prior experience in the building and construction industry is preferred. Excellent administration skills with a strong eye for detail. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proactive with the ability to show initiative. A communicator and team player. Competent using a range of software with the ability to learn new systems.
