We are seeking exceptional Architects and Designers to join our team in 2020. The successful candidate will be part of a team of emerging and energetic talent who share our passion for the built environment. We’re interested in the following candidates Project Architect – 5-7 years’ experience a Project Architect with experience in documentation and project delivery of significant projects, either as a project lead or their 2iC.  The candidate is expected take carriage of a major high rise project after completion of the town planning and D&C tendering phase under the supervision of a Project Director and Associate Director. The successful candidate must have good construction knowledge and demonstrated ability in all aspects of documentation, project management and contract administration.  The position will suit candidates who have experienced all phases of projects and who are looking to further their career.  Ideally the candidate will have previously been responsible for a project from start to finish irrespective of typology or scale. Excellent leadership qualities, a can-do attitude, and good communication skills are highly desirable. A solid knowledge of REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft office applications is essential. Graduate of Architecture or Architect – 2-5 years’ experience a Graduate of Architecture or Architect with experience in the documentation and project delivery of significant projects as part of a team. The candidate is expected to prepare construction documentation as part of a project team, and will have the opportunity to develop into a 2iC or have their own project should the situation arise. The successful candidate must have good construction knowledge and demonstrated ability in all aspects of documentation. The position will suit candidates who have started a career in architecture and are now ready to broaden their portfolio. A solid knowledge of REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft office applications is desirable. A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.
