Project Administrator ATL Group location Auckland. $55,000-$69,999.
ATL is looking for a superstar Project Administrator. You will be involved in the planning and coordination of projects, supply chains, procurement, administration, and a variety of other responsibilities. This is a fantastic growth role for someone looking to get exposure to managing a variety of different responsibilities and pick up new skills. Our ideal candidate is someone who can self-manage, wants to learn and grow, is a strong communicator, and can solve problems independently. Ideally, you will have some procurement, supply chain, and warehouse experience, with exposure to the construction space being a strong bonus (but not a must).

Key responsibilities administrative project document control, flow and maintenance. Data management, including structure and accessibility. Procurement of project and non-project related items. Warehouse administration and management. Oversee and initiate purchasing of office supplies, managing of deliveries and post. Travel and accommodation for all staff. Assist payroll when needed. Sales administration. Reporting on warehouse, stock, vehicles, and recommending actions based on the insights you gain. Event planning (Collaborating with relevant departments and staff to organise specific events, inclusive of venue, catering, invitations etc).
Skills & experience familiarity with project administration procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent communication and digital skills. Independent thinking, strong organisation skills and planning capabilities. Attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
