The opportunity we are seeking a reliable, system-orientated, and organised individual willing to expand and develop their skills, to join our team as a Part-Time Project Administrator.
As a key player in our project management efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient administrative processes to support this multi program group within our organisation.

The role reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor, you will be working as a member of our project team where you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position requires effective communication with external workforce, Project Managers and internal teams to ensure streamlined operations.
Duties will include but not be limited to perform low error rate data entry into project databases and perform associated administration activity. Perform tasks in MS Excel, related to presenting data for reporting and analysis purposes. Manage and process inbound emails from a central mailboxes, file and coordinate related activity resulting from the inbound correspondence.
Perform various tasks related to track and chasing, this involves following up on progress and providing feedback, assist with taking phone calls and producing reports. Assist with taking notes and compiling minutes of meetings. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and contribute toward efficiency.
You to secure an interview for this great local opportunity, it is desirable you can meet the following administrative experience. Prior experience with database entry and data handling is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Have high attention to detail, and high level of accuracy regarding data entry.
Be able to learn new systems within a short time frame, with a pro-active “can do” attitude to getting things done. Have suitable computer skills (MS Office 365) excel, word, outlook, and CRM. Have proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
