The Role & company reporting to the 2 Directors, you will be providing technical assistance supporting the administration of their construction projects. As a Project / Contracts Administrator, you will be setting projects up in the system using their software (Jobpac), establishing and maintaining administrative and job costing requirements, establishing budgets, liaising with sub contractors & ensuring subcontractor documents are submitted and uploaded in a timely manner.
Some financial acumen is important as you will be dealing with invoices and progress claims, raising Purchase Orders and liaising with Clients. The business have over 40 years experience in commercial flooring, mostly working with Retail Clients they have known for years. The 2 Directors are engaging, genuine people who will offer you every ounce of support required to fulfil the role. All they ask from you is someone who will approach their work with gusto, maintain an honest and ethical approach to their work and be a reliable employee.
Qualifications & Experience working in the Construction industry would be highly advantageous. You will tech savvy, able to learn new software and have (at minimum) intermediate skills across Microsoft Office suite. Your organisation & communication skills will be some of your key strengths. Any experience in Project Management in any field will be looked upon favourably. You will be a self starter, happy to work remotely who takes pride in completing your work efficiently & professionally.
