About the role reframe Te Tārai Hou is a key programme within NZ Police with a goal to improve frontline practice for better resolution outcomes and a safer NZ. We are looking for a collaborative team player who is keen to take ownership of the coordination function within the programme. You'll work closely with the Director.

ReFrame Delivery, Programme Manager and PMO Lead, plus provide support to our Workstream/Delivery Leads when required. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to gain experience working in a project or programme environment.

Key accountabilities provide calendar management and financial delegation/proxy to authorise expenses on behalf of the Director- ReFrame Delivery. Coordinate communications on behalf of the Director - ReFrame Delivery and leadership team to the wider ReFrame group. Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements across the core ReFrame team.

Manage the induction and onboarding of new staff and contractors, including maintenance of staff induction materials and processes. Manage the ReFrame office environment, including ordering office stationery and equipment, to ensure the physical space remains fit for purpose. Monitor and maintain the ReFrame inbox.

Support programme delivery team initiatives, arrange workshops, assist project coordinators when required. Maintain key administrative records, resources and databases. What you'll bring being part of the Police whānau is about being our best to ensure our communities are safe and feel safe.
