Programme Administrator Auckland Institute of Studies (AIS) location Auckland. $40,000 - $44,999.
AIS is one of the largest private tertiary providers in New Zealand and we are looking for an administrator to join our organisation in a full-time fixed-term role. Based at our St Helens campus in Mt Albert, your role is to provide administrative support to our Business Administration Programme. The duties are varied and involve supporting the academic delivery of postgraduate qualifications over a seven-day week. Working Sunday to Thursday with another Programme Administrator, this is a role that requires a person able to work in a closely knit team and able to take sole charge when required. Good interpersonal skills are required for this challenging position in an internationally focussed, multicultural organisation.
The role requires a cheerful, efficient and productive person who is accurate, organised and pays attention to detail; somebody who knows how to multitask, and work to deadlines. We require a person who has a positive manner, is flexible, a self-starter, motivated, empathetic and enjoys working in a multi–cultural environment.
