About the role as South Pacific Program Services Coordinator, your primarily role is to support our Program Services Managers in Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities reporting to South Pacific Regional General Manager, the Program Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting PSM Australia & New Zealand with Tour Leaders hiring & training as required. Read and analyze travelers’ surveys and report findings with the team and tour leaders.
Handle all administrative tasks such as tour Leaders database management. Tour Leaders Scheduling and update of in-house system accordingly, Flights bookings. Collecting and reviewing Tour Leaders travel expenses. Prepare all relevant documentation for each Tour Departure for Tour Leaders. Support Operations Manager in coordinating all logistics for Tour Leaders hiring, training trips and business meetings. Review web content and traveler’s booklet. Look after emergency calls (outside office hours) on a roster basis (1 week every 5/6 weeks).
What you will bring flexibility to work with a multicultural international team. Ability to communicate 1x1 using a feedback model. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in the Travel Industry is preferred.
