FinXL is seeking a Program Manager - Network & Security to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead program governance, risk management, and reporting activities.

Manage and drive program outcomes for a team of 23 technical specialists.

Oversee large and complex program budgets with strong financial acumen.

Deliver outcomes within a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Engage confidently with senior executive and federal government stakeholders.

Ensure the successful delivery of critical network and security programs.

Key Skills & Experience

Mandatory NV1 security clearance (must be current).

10+ years' experience in program leadership for network & security projects.

Proven track record of delivery in large, multi-vendor environments.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing large, open budgets.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, up to senior executive levels.
