Description

Program Manager and Assistant Manager (OSHC) YMCA location ACT. As an OSHC Program Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, including supervision of primary school aged and preschool children, management of staff, developing a fun and interactive program, staffing and general administrative tasks. You will be required to ensure the centre maintains regulatory compliance in line with the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place Curriculum. You will also be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the weekly program to ensure an entertaining and fun environment for the children. If you are looking for ownership of a service within a supportive and inclusive environment then this is the role for you.   What we're looking for enthusiastic and passionate about children, confident, compassionate and caring leader, experience in oshc, must be available to work before school care, after school care and flexible administration hours during the week and  possess a diploma is children's services, have two years experience working with children 5-12yrs and be two years through any university degree, you will be required to obtain a working with vulnerable people check and be willing to become a nominated supervisor.
