Our client Schools Industry Partnership (SIP) is looking for a purpose-driven Manager to lead the delivery of their Transitions to Work (TTW) program—supporting young people as they move from education into employment. If you’re a values-aligned professional with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and program management experience, we want to hear from you.

About the Opportunity…
This is a critical leadership role, responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and performance of the Transitions to Work program. You’ll manage a small team of Team Leaders and Youth Development Coaches, guiding them to exceed performance targets, deliver high-quality services, and create strong outcomes for young people.
This is a strategic and operational role, where you’ll have oversight of:

Program delivery and performance
Budget development and expenditure management
Government contract compliance
Staff supervision, KPI setting and performance reviews
Stakeholder engagement with schools, employers, community partners and government
Program innovation and continuous improvement

There is 1 vacancy being advertised
Full Time
38 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
SCHADS Award Level 7 (dependant on experience)
Based in Penrith, however travel may be required

What you’ll need to succeed…
You are a confident, capable leader who can balance strategic thinking with practical implementation.

Selection Criteria…

Tertiary qualifications (ideally post-grad) in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Youth Work or related discipline
Substantial experience in program leadership—ideally within youth, employment, or education sectors
Strong people management skills, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
High-level communication, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
A commitment to accountability, inclusion, and positive youth development
NSW Working with Children check clearance
Desirable: Experience in the not-for-profit sector and familiarity with government contracts or performance frameworks (desirable)
