Full-Time Role
Location: Graceville Centre, Nambour, Queensland
Remuneration: $54.92 to $57.35 per hour + Salary Packaging (enjoy up to $15,990 of your salary tax-free) + Employee discounts

Lutheran Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Graceville Centre. In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-impact programs that support individuals and families to thrive in their communities.

About The Role:
In this leadership role, you will lead, develop, and direct multiple disability and/or mental health programs focused on empowering individuals and families to increase independence, maintain wellness, and enhance quality of life. Your expertise in strategic planning, team development, and program implementation will play a vital role in shaping and improving the services we provide to our community. As Program Manager, you will:

Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of community programs
Supervise and support teams including support workers, case managers and team leaders
Drive quality service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with contractual, accreditation, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic goals
Contribute to recruitment, workforce development, and team culture
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring reasonable experience in a similar role, along with a proven background in leadership. You will demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

High level understanding of complex case management and the utilisation of evidence-based practices;
Tertiary qualifications in social sciences or human services, or other relevant qualification;
Ability to work independently under limited supervision;
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must maintain a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance;
Must maintain a valid Blue Card;
Must hold a valid Queensland Driver’s Licence.
Highly Desirable:

Experience or knowledge of issues relating to individuals living with a psychiatric and/or intellectual disability;
Knowledge of and experience in meeting quality standards for HSQF, NSMHS and NDIS
Experience in Workplace Health and Safety;
Business management qualifications;
Understanding of and experience working within the NDIS.
