Con-X is a premier manufacturer and supplier of conduit bends and fittings, serving electrical wholesalers across Australia. As we continue to expand, we're looking for dedicated laborers and production workers to join our dynamic team in Brendale.

Key responsibilities hands-on involvement in manufacturing PVC bends and fittings. Performing repetitive and physically demanding manual tasks. Operating machinery and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety protocols. Packing orders and maintaining a clean work environment. Completing various factory-based duties as needed.

Skills and experience to thrive in this role, you should possess. Experience in a similar production or labouring role (preferred but not required). Physical fitness and a passion for manual work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling. A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance, productivity, and safety.

Pride in your work and a positive attitude towards contributing to the team. Attention to detail with a focus on quality control. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities. A reliable vehicle and valid license. A forklift license and experience (an advantage). Experience in working with and repairing machinery (an advantage).
