Production Engineer location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job Type Full-Time.

Position title production engineer, salary $2800-$3500, working days 5 days, working hours 8:15am-5:30pm, location gul ave (pickup transport at Jurong East).

Responsibilities support in setting up a new production operation in Singapore. Operate and manage the production and materials production and handling process, including production planning, cost management, procurement of raw materials ,etc. Supervise a small team of operators (in-house and external collaborators) to ensure operational and environment, health and safety (EHS) related rules are observed.

Report to the manager in charge of the operation. Handle audits by customers / partners. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repair if required. Troubleshoot and fix equipment faults. Communication with customer for quality problem and requirements. Any other operational duties assigned.

Requirement diploma in engineering field (preferred major in metallurgy or mechanical). Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant areas (production, process engineering). Supervisory experience is preferred. Gas atomization (powder production) experience preferred but not mandatory. Willing to acquire new technology and knowhow (powder production, 3D additive manufacturing) and be able to work and manage an operation independently.
