Position Overview
Drive Production. Lead Teams. Make an Impact.
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to lead daily operations in the assembly of custom window coverings. You’ll plan production schedules, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on results.
What you'll do
Plan and coordinate daily production schedules.
Lead and support the assembly team to meet targets.
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
Maintain SOPs and train staff as needed.
Monitor production data and drive improvements.
Coordinate preventive maintenance with the Maintenance Team.
Ensure safety compliance and investigate incidents.
Support new product trials and implementation.
Who you are
Tertiary qualifications in Production, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
Skilled in using production planning and control systems.
Knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is an advantage.
