Production Assistant Hello Foods location Canterbury.

Hello Foods Ltd are manufacturers of premium food products based in Christchurch and we are seeking team members for the production of Ready to Eat Meals, Salads, Pasta & dispatch due to our growth, with an immediate start. We have a positive working environment producing unique, high quality, tasty products that are supplied throughout New Zealand to food service and retail outlets.

Key requirements of the role this can be a physically demanding role - one must be able to lift 20kg materials/containers. Prior experience of food manufacturing is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work efficiently in high volumes and maintain consistently high standards. Reliable, organised, autonomous and ability to self-manage.

Conscientious and focused on a quality outcome. Good communication, literacy and basic mathematical skills. Core activities are producing various types of ready to eat products, using commercial machinery, production tasks, weighing/packing & commercial level cleaning and sanitisation to a high care ready to eat standard. Hours range between 6am to 6pm Monday- Saturday.
