The role due to business growth, we are looking for a Production Administrator to join our Edinburgh Team. The Production Administrator is required to understand and perform various administrative tasks associated with the daily Truss Plant Division/Picking operations, focusing on key result areas.

Responsibilities involve job set up processes. Development of a schedule to achieve objectives. Maintains truss plant/picking production sheet. Maintains appropriate job files processes. Rectification and variation of documentation. Other administrative tasks relating to truss production,  job picking and scheduling.

This role would ideally suit someone with the below skills and attributes experience in the manufacturing/building supplies industry. High level of data entry speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and prioritise requirements. Excellent computer skills, including knowledge in Outlook, Word and Excel. Administration experience.
