Product Owner Randstad Digital location Auckland.

We're looking for a skilled Product Owner to take the lead on CRM roadmapping, driving transformation across a well-known Auckland based organisation. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Auckland's CBD, offering a hybrid working environment.

What You'll do as a Product Owner, you will oversee the development and delivery of their CRM strategy. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll transition business units from legacy tools to Salesforce CRM, ensuring the systems meet both business and customer needs.

Key responsibilities design and maintain a detailed product roadmap, focusing on high-value features. Lead discovery phases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with marketing, business, and digital teams to prioritise and implement improvements. Maintain and prioritise the product backlog for maximum impact. Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve CRM performance.

Key Skills and experience crm expertise 3 years' hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. Product ownership experience: Minimum 3 years in a Product Owner or related role. Digital background: Experience working on digital products or services.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative, customer-first mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with data privacy best practices.
