Job descriptions to design & develop new product concept, to produce prototype, and conduct verification for new products, to lead new product development within a manufacturing business unit, to develop necessary software to support rfid tag personalization & testing, to provide assistance & guidance during product industrialization, to conduct new product introduction, and provide technical support and necessary supportive documentations to operation team, Interface with worldwide sales on new enquiries and to provide technical support, to collaborate with other departments to lead and drive process improvement activities to improve yield and cost to lead product structure improvement by continuously exploring cost, effective alternate raw materials and streamlining of the process flow. Requirements bachelors degree in electrical & electronic engineering with min, 1~2 years working experience in a quick pace manufacturing environment, min 1~2yrs practical experience in rfid including hf & uhf, knowledge of antenna & rf circuit designs,  technical and specialized knowledge or experience in semi-conductor and/or flex-pcb industry, good communication skills & teamwork attitude required, independent, resourceful & self-initiative in learning new knowledge, experience of visual basic programming & visual studio is mandatory, knowledge of autocad & illustrator are plus, proficient computer skills: microsoft word, excel, powerpoint & project, etc.
