Logistic cum Procurement Supervisor, Working Days 5 Days, Working Hour 08:30 to 18:00hrs, Salary Range $3,500 - $4,300, Location Tagore Industrial.

Responsibilities strategically plan and manage logistics, procurement, warehouse and transportation. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle to meet customer satisfaction. Continually assess/negotiate with current suppliers and source for potential suppliers in order to ensure company’s competitiveness. Audit of warehouse space, move inventory and oversee safety measures.

Devise and apply effective procurement and sourcing strategies. Manage risks for supply contracts and agreements. Resolve any arising problems or complaints. Supervise, coach and train logistics workforce. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess results and implement best practices to improve performance gaps.

Requirements proven working experience as a Logistics Supervisor. Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff. Proficient in logistics management software. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Preferably a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or higher.
