Procurement Administrator Join Our Team location Waikato.

Te Awamutu based, but flexibility on offer to work some of your days from the Cambridge office or from home. Part-time (30 hours per week), 12-month fixed-term contract. Local Government Opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced administrative superstar to support our Procurement Advisor. This is a new role and sits within the Organisational Excellence team. You will be responsible for completing a variety of administrative duties related to procurement that includes but is not limited to; administering the new supplier approvals process, supplier and contract reporting, providing staff procurement inductions, supporting or providing training on the procurement process. This role will also provide some fleet administrative process support so offers some variety.

As our new team member, you will be customer focused, with a can-do attitude and strong administrative and communication skills. A process-focused approach will be your work style. You will also have good time management skills, cope well working under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
