The role based at Carole Park, we seek reliable Process Workers to assist our thriving battery-manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for assisting us to achieve our production targets and maintaining a high level of product quality. The workload is high-volume and fast-paced and you will be working within a highly-organised team. Working in a lead-risk environment, it is vital you are compliant with all WH&S procedures and wear correct PPE. Regular blood tests will be required as part of this role and will be performed on site.

The work is, Monday to Friday, with the successful candidate being able to support overtime when required. We have day, afternoon and night shifts available; all positions are permanent full-time with immediate start. The starting rate for this role is $23.96 per hour. The hourly rate will increase depending on how many new machines and skills you learn over time.

Essential requirements reliability. Experience in a similar manufacturing / process worker role. Ability to demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Current Drivers Licence and own reliable transport (essential). Forklift licence (desirable). An offer of employment will be subject to successful completion of company medical assessment.

Process successful candidates must be available to attend a group interview and site visit, which will be on a prescribed, non-negotiable date and time (to be advised). Candidates will be asked to complete a mechanical aptitude test during this process.
