In this new and exciting role, you’ll be responsible for uncovering insights, identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective strategies, and oversee projects to get the most out of our water and sewer assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor and enhance performance through process optimisation for a sustainable future.
In this key leadership role, you’ll apply engineering principles to design and implement innovative solutions that builds a culture of performance and improvement.
Partnering closely with external specialists, you bring a level of commerciality to this role, understanding the implications of performance related issues. Through your influence the improvements will shape the future of our utility services.
Position Description
About You

Through your technical background, you’re methodical in planning, innovative in problem solving, a lateral thinker as you apply your knowledge to real world solutions. Communication of technical information will be a key strength, as you deal with senior leaders across Barwon Water, and you are unafraid to challenge the status quo.
With a bachelor degree or higher in engineering (chemical, process or similar), or science, you’ll be a developing technical professional with solid experience post-graduation, ready to take the next step into this leadership role.
