It will be advantageous if the chef is currently or had previously worked at high end or fine dining restaurants. cooks 8-10 meals per week (maybe less) on a flexible basis, exciting planned healthy menu on a weekly basis. plan menus ahead (preferably 2 weeks in advance) and take note of employer’s diet, a member of the family follows the paleo diet and requires such meals to be prepared, source for excellent quality ingredients necessary for meal preparation, the family enjoys a wide range of cuisine from around the world and happy to try out new recommendations suggested by the chef, fresh fish, healthy vegetable dishes, organic meats, and tasty salads are a big part of the menu, focus is away from deep fried foods, heavy creamy dishes and processed products, emphasis on food presentation will be a nice to have, do a little cooking with the chef as he teaches the family a basic dish per week/month, attractive salary to commensurate with experience and repertoire, when applying, please provide a sample menu for a typical week of meals you would prepare.
