You’ll steer the pre-tender process with sharp strategy, producing customer-facing materials like RFIs, EOIs, and market soundings that set us up to win, while driving early engagement and alignment to secure a competitive edge.

You Will:

Lead the full pre-tender lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and commercial strategy framing to meeting internal governance milestones with precision.
Deliver compelling customer-facing materials, including market soundings, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs), tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with Global Platform teams and local technical experts to anticipate customer-driven product needs and ensure relevance for the ANZ market.
Drive ‘left-shifted’ opportunity management by leading strategic business case development, anticipating needs, and initiating early stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate strategic intelligence through market insights, competitor analysis, and stakeholder mapping to align with customer expectations.
Build and maintain a robust documentation library, including project references and reusable content, to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Support Customer Directors in crafting commercial strategies that position us for competitive advantage.
Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables that meet both customer expectations and internal standards.

All About You:

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in commercial, bid, marketing, or strategy roles within complex project environments, with proven expertise in pre-tender or early-phase business development.
Deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate them into actionable pre-tender strategies.
Strong project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities, deadlines, and governance milestones.
Analytical prowess, excelling in competitor analysis, market intelligence, and stakeholder mapping to drive strategic outcomes.
Exceptional communication and coordination skills, capable of rallying diverse teams and delivering clear, compelling updates to senior leadership.
Proven organisational skills, with a skill for managing documentation libraries and reusable content with precision.
You’re proactive with sharp influencing skills, thriving in ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and collaborating seamlessly across functions.
Adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about driving progress with a clear, strategic vision.

Things You’ll Enjoy:

Competitive salary and benefits package
Flexible working options and additional leave days
Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave and novated leasing schemes
Comprehensive development programs and award-winning learning opportunities
Stability, challenges, and a long-term career path with opportunities for growth across a global industry leader
