The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to join as a Practice Manager, supporting our Finance, Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI), and Real Estate practice groups.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of three market-leading practice groups. As Practice Manager, you will support and help deliver strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and work closely with the Managing Partners and our Business Services teams to execute change initiatives that shape the future of our business.

With a primary focus on the Australian business — and support across Asia where there are synergies in projects and initiatives — you will combine your understanding of financial and commercial data, strategic project delivery, and stakeholder management to deliver tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate and drive strategic projects and initiatives aligned with the groups’ strategic plans.

Lead and deliver key strategic initiatives across the three practice groups.

Analyse financial and commercial data to provide strategic insights and advice to the Managing Partners and senior stakeholders.

Support communication activities, including preparing presentations for partner meetings, town halls, and executive updates.

Support the Managing Partners in managing the Australian Finance, PEI, and Real Estate practice-groups, including preparing meeting agendas, preparing for Partner offsite and managing resulting actions.

Partner with HR to support key cyclical processes, including investment slate submissions, partner promotions, progressions, partner performance reviews and partner retirements.

Work closely with HR and Recruitment to manage partner recruitment activities.

Work closely with HR and BD to coordinate new partner onboarding.

Assist with financial management and reporting for the practice groups.

Stay closely connected with the practice group and Business Services teams to deliver integrated outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

A proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships, ideally within a professional services environment.

Experience leading and delivering strategic projects.

Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.

Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and apply financial data in a practical, business-focused way.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complexity.

A solution focused, proactive and driven mindset with sound commercial judgement and the ability to influence and confidently make recommendations to senior leadership.

A collaborative, team-focused approach, while equally comfortable working independently.
