Who we are Mindscape Psychology and Allied Health is a bright, vibrant space that welcomes adolescents and adults, and supports them to thrive in our community. Currently, we offer individual psychological services, counselling, and family therapy to adolescents and adults with a broad range of presentations. We also deliver mental health focused groups programs for adolescents and adults in-house and by contract externally, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for businesses.

The Practice Co-ordination role involves client related tasks including managing appointments using Halaxy, client intake via phone and email, client and referrer liaison, and file management. Competency in Excel is needed, and prior knowledge or familiarity with Halaxy or similar practice management software and/ or Xero would be a bonus.
Marketing tasks, including market research, topic research, creation of marketing materials, mail outs, social media content creation and account management. Outstanding writing skills are a must, and creativity with images would be awesome. You would be working on our Facebook, Instagram, and newsletter, and using Canva and Mailchimp, so understanding how to write for social media is a must.
Daily office admin tasks and ensuring the space is clean, well-stocked, and well presented. You will be situated in our waiting room / reception area, which will involve greeting clients, taking payments, and other reception duties.
What would the daily grind at Mindscape look like for you 2-3 days per week, totaling 12 hours initially with scope to increase for the right candidate. At times, we will ask you to take on projects or other tasks, or support us with running groups, which would be paid according to relevant penalty rates. You will have the ability to work remotely at times if appropriate.
Taking pride in the office space, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients. Supporting the Principals and the Mindscape Practitioners with clinical support tasks, administration, and helping the practice run smoothly. Using your outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, referrers, and others as necessary. Sharing in the Mindscape Vision: generating ideas, being creative, managing or supporting projects, contributing your knowledge and insights, and being valued for this.
To be accepted as a candidate, you need to have the right to work in Australia and have a current Working With Children Check. A current police check.
