Description

You’ve seen the headlines. You’ve heard the hype.

The Reject Shop is now part of global retail giant Dollarama, and we’re building something big.

2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding, our customer experience is evolving, and we’re growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes, our Store Support Centre is laying the foundations for this transformation, and our Integration & Transformation team is right at the centre of it.

We’re looking for a PMO Business Analyst who’s ready to help implement our new Warehouse Management System (WMS), support testing, and drive process improvements for a business that’s changing fast. If you’re confident working with WMS, mapping processes, and translating technical detail into clear guidance, this is your moment.

This role is based in our Kensington Store Support Centre.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting the implementation of our new WMS – from configuration and testing to deployment.
Designing and validating processes, creating future-state process maps, and maintaining documentation.
Providing guidance on implementation and becoming the WMS subject matter expert post go-live.
Driving continuous improvement and owning system support activities.
Collaborating with Supply Chain, DC operations, Technology teams, and external vendors.
Working on DC and network/freight changes as part of a growing project team.
What you’ll bring
2–4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst role.
Hands-on experience with WMS and exposure to DC operations.
Strong communication skills – able to simplify technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Visio, or Smartsheet.
What we can offer you
Inclusive and collaborative team culture.
A flat, fast-paced business where every idea matters.
Hybrid work model.
Team Member discount of 15% for you and an immediate family member.
Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
Employee Assistance Program – free and confidential support for you and your family.
This is more than a technical role. It’s a chance to help shape the future of retail in Australia. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on clarity, simplicity, and delivering transformation.
