Our client designs manufacture, and export industrial plastic products. Focussing on R&D they are enjoying continual growth through their international customers they are increasing their day shift to keep up with demand.

In the past, it has been extremely rare for anyone to leave this business.  The proposed shift is 4 Days per week, Monday to Thursday 6.00 am to 4.30 pm.Treat yourself to a Three-day weekend - every week. The successful candidate will have recognised plastics qualifications and will be confident in problem-solving and moulding engineering polymers.

Experience with robotic setting/programming is preferred. With the development of new products, it will also be great if you are able to assist in trialing new tooling, evaluate the results, and complete quality checks.

The role will be self-managed but  also includes changeovers and start-up of New equipment up to 300T. Investigation of nonconformances. Tool Trialing. Process optimization. You will enjoy the challenge of moulding components to dimensional and visual standards with minimal rejects, in a premium facility.
